Changing direction is easier if you are moving

True. But doing that one special anything is easier if you start by doing something.

It is easier to steer and redirect a car that is moving in the wrong direction than one that is not moving at all. 

So, pick a direction and start moving. Then fine tune or make course corrections as needed after you get moving.
