It is easy to slip into the "it's not worth the effort" mentality. My mom used to always say, "If it is worth doing, it is worth doing well." I am sure it wasn't original, but it began to feel a lot like nagging, even when she only said it once, because it became in-grained. It has begun to slip of late. I wish I could hear her say it again.
